Shipping and Assembly Policy

Delivery

1. Your order will be ready within 48 hours of payment. Then, you will receive your order within 7-10 working days.
2. Delivery could be extended to 15 working days in special occasions (aka: Foundation day, National day etc...)
3. Delivery service is available for all cities in the Saudi Arabia, and we are working hard to expand our coverage to other cities outside the kingdom.
4. Upon the customer's signature on the delivery note, Office Station disclaims all liabilities for any occasional accidents that may occur to the products except for manufacturing defects.
5. In case of a minor mismatch between the desktop and the base due to slight differences in manufacturing openings, Office Station shall not be held responsible. The base must be installed manually using a drill to ensure proper assembly. This issue does not affect the product’s quality or stability in any way and is not considered a manufacturing defect.
6. In case of customer refusal to receive the order from the shipping company for any reason within the agreed-upon period and the order is returned to our stores, Office Station disclaims all liabilities for consequences of shipping and the damages to the product that may result from being reloaded multiple times. The customer will pay the cost of transshipment and 3 SR per day as storing fees for every box till the shipment or receiving of the product.
7. Delivery fees vary by weight and value of the order:

• 25 SR fee for any order under 999 SAR.
• 99 SR fee for any order between 1000 to 3499 SAR.
• Free delivery any order higher than 3500 SAR.

Assembly

1. Installation service is available for Office Station products only.
2. Installation service is available in Riyadh, Dammam Al Khobar, Dhahran, Jeddah, and Makkah.
3. Delivery service is separate from the installation service.
4. Customers must confirm receipt of all products and complete the Installation Request Form, including the following information: Name, Phone Number, Order Number, and City.
5. Installation scheduling will begin only after all products have been successfully delivered.
6. Installation will be completed within 2–3 business days from the date all products requiring installation have been delivered.
7. The installation fee covers one desk and one chair only. Additional charges may apply for extra desks or chairs.
8. Installation is provided only for the products selected by the customer, including desks, chairs, and monitor arms.

Warranty

1. Warranty include control panels and electrical components of standing desks.
2. Warranties per desks:

Tarteeb Plus: 5 years.

Tarteeb V.2: 5 years.

Tarteeb V.1: 3 years.

Birou: 3 years.

Masa: 2 years.

Basic: 1 year.

1. 3 years for chairs in case of manufacturing defects.
2. The warranty covers only home use and manufacturing defects.
3. The warranty doesn’t cover the following:

• Damage due to improper storing and assembly.
• Misuse.
• Damage caused by improper cleaning methods or supplies.
• Normal wear over time.
• Dents, scratches, tears, or any damage caused by accidents and hits.
• Damage caused by storing the product in the open air, under direct sunlight, or in a humid environment.
